An unofficial transcript is University of Arkansas Grantham’s non-certified statement of your academic record provided by University of Arkansas Grantham’s registrar’s office. To request an unofficial transcript, contact your student advisor or you can print your own through Self Service in GLife.

• Select Banner Self Service>Student>Student Records
• Select the transcript to print
• Review and Print

An official transcript is University of Arkansas Grantham’s certified statement of your academic record. We use the National Student Clearing house (https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/select) to process all official transcript requests.

Students/alumni seeking a copy of their official transcripts from Grantham can order the transcripts through our Transcript Ordering Center at the National Student Clearinghouse.

Former students and alumni of University of Arkansas System eVersity who have never attended University of Arkansas Grantham can request a copy of their transcript from the National Student Clearinghouse by following these steps:

1. Go to https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/select and search for the University of Arkansas Grantham
2. Click the green Continue button and then the green Order Transcripts button
3. In Step 1 enter your personal information, and proceed to clicking “No” in answer to “Are you currently enrolled at University of Arkansas Grantham?”
4. Proceed to answer “Yes” to “Are you a former University of Arkansas System eVersity student who never attended University of Arkansas Grantham?” and enter your dates of attendance
