UA Grantham provides a variety of support services and online resources to help students stay successful both in and out of the classroom.
The Help You Need, When You Need It
Every UA Grantham student is paired with a dedicated student advisor to support them throughout their entire educational journey. Not only will your student advisor help with technical things like registering for classes, they’ll be there to motivate you when you’re down, help you manage your time and celebrate your victories all the way to graduation.Our Knowledgeable Experts Are Here to Help
All UA Grantham team members undergo extensive training and professional development to ensure the guidance you receive is truthful, complete, and ethical. Our staff is thoroughly trained in:
- University Policies & Programs: Comprehensive knowledge of UAG's history, degree expectations, and how our programs are structured to support your success.
- Compliance & Privacy: Strict adherence to FERPA, PII, ADA, and non-discrimination regulations to protect your personally identifiable information.
- Ethical Student Care: A commitment to compliant conversations, ethical treatment, and avoiding misrepresentation.
Additionally, our Student Advisors and Admissions Representatives receive specialized training to better serve your unique needs:
- Academic & Financial Guidance: Expert knowledge of university funding options, course catalogs, systems, and processes.
- Military & Veteran Services: A dedicated focus on ethically serving military and former military students and their families. Our team is fully trained on the Military Bill of Rights, and can direct you to the appropriate resources for setting up Tuition Assistance (TA) and Veterans Affairs (VA) education benefits.

No-Cost Tutoring
Connect with teachers and subject matter experts for live, one-on-one tutoring sessions. UA Grantham students receive four hours of live tutoring per month via Tutor.com. Tutors are available for most courses/subjects and can be accessed directly in Blackboard.
The Learning Center
Stuck on a tricky math problem or need help writing a paper? Students can access helpful academic resources like study tips, tutorials, workshops and an online library through UA Grantham’s Teaching and Learning Center. If you’re struggling with coursework, the learning center can help.
