With specialized experience in student finance administration, Bridgeman has held critical roles with a variety of institutions, all of which were focused on enabling a positive student experience throughout the entire educational journey. Since joining the University, she has served as Compliance Specialist, Director of Financial Aid, and Vice President of Student Financial Services & University Compliance. She has earned a Master of Business Administration from University of Arkansas Grantham, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Benedictine College, and the FAAC® designation.

Tracy GalleryVice Chancellor, Human ResourcesTracy Gallery, Vice Chancellor of Human Resources, is an experienced human resources executive with 30 years of experience in corporate and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining University of Arkansas Grantham, she served in leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, Prudential, McKesson, and most recently at an early childhood education non-profit serving impoverished children and families. Gallery holds a master’s degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa. She holds two human resources certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Segev TsfatiVice Chancellor, MarketingSegev Tsfati serves as Vice Chancellor, Marketing, and is responsible for marketing and communication activities. Segev’s experience in post-secondary online education spans program and marketing leadership roles. Prior to joining Grantham, Segev was Sr. Director of Programs at the Stanford Center for Professional Development, Stanford University. Earlier in his career Segev served as VP, Marketing at HotChalk, and Director, Digital and Database Marketing at Laureate Education. Marketing roles at Capital One and America Online focused on acquisition, retention, business intelligence, and analytics. Segev earned an MBA at the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Bachelor’s Degree at University of Maryland University College.
Kami RichardsonVice Chancellor, Student ExperienceKami Richardson, Vice Chancellor of Student Experience, has been with University of Arkansas Grantham since 2008, and has held various roles in Student Advising. Richardson leads the university’s mission to ensure the student experience is top-tier and leads to student success. She holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree from University of Arkansas Grantham, which has helped guide her and her team in making decisions with the students in mind. Richardson is also passionate about leadership development and holds a Certificate from Cornell University in Women in Leadership.
Sara EstesControllerSara Estes, Controller at University of Arkansas Grantham, has more than twelve years of experience in accounting and financial management with UA Grantham. Prior to her role as UA Grantham’s Controller, Estes worked for the university as a senior accountant and as a staff accountant. Estes earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from William Jewell College.
Wendy JohnsonVice Chancellor, AcademicsDr. Wendy Johnson, Vice Chancellor of Academics, is an organizational effectiveness academic operation professional with a passion for creating ideal learning environments for students. With over 15 years of leadership, operations, and risk mitigation experience, she establishes order by identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational inefficiencies. She has maximized employee productivity through process-oriented improvements, and developed program goals, objectives and monitored outcomes. Dr. Johnson holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Administration and Management from Walden University, a Master of Business Administration from LeTourneau University, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lakeland University.
Jay ParkerVice Chancellor, Information TechnologyJay Parker, Vice Chancellor of Information Technology, is an information technology professional with more than 25 years of experience in higher education and more than 17 years in leadership roles. Prior to joining University of Arkansas Grantham, Parker served as the Director of Technology for the UA System eVersity, Arkansas's first fully-online university. His previous IT leadership roles include positions at UA Little Rock and Mississippi State University. Outside of higher education, Parker worked at a Wall Street investment bank as a professional services consultant for Red Hat, one of the world’s leading open-source software companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University.
Michelle MetcalfAssociate Vice Chancellor, Student Financial ServicesMichelle Metcalf, Associate Vice Chancellor of Student Financial Services, has an extensive background in financial aid, with more than three decades of experience supporting students’ financial needs. She currently leads all financial aid and student account functions at University of Arkansas Grantham. Metcalf upholds the university's mission to provide accessible and affordable programs, helping students reach their goal of attaining a degree. Prior to joining UA Grantham, Metcalf held roles at Sallie Mae, Security Bank, and EdFund. She earned a Master of Business Administration from University of Saint May and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Kansas.
Steven HowellVice Chancellor, Enrollment Services & RegistrarSteve Howell, Vice Chancellor of Enrollment Services and Registrar, has a student-centric focus, helping guide students from the first steps of the admissions process to witnessing them walk across the stage to receive their diplomas. Howell obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) and a Master of Science from Colorado State University, Global Campus. Howell came to eVersity in 2014 following time spent serving both traditional and non-traditional student bodies, accumulating more than 14 years of experience in the student services division at UALR and the University of Central Oklahoma. His goal is to ensure processes and systems are built efficiently for the student so they can focus solely on their studies and degree completion.

Nancy MillerDean, College of Science, Engineering & TechnologyDr. Nancy Miller has taught in three countries, online and on the ground, and had dean, chair and program director experience. She worked as a civilian in an Air Force research lab investigating telescope control and managing the design and implementation of systems for a large telescope. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics, a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Science in Applied Physics, all from Texas Tech University. Dr. Miller earned her Doctor of Philosophy is in Electrical Engineering with a specialty in Control Systems from the University of New Mexico.
Tina FreestoneDirector, College of Humanities & Social SciencesTina Freestone spent several years as a law enforcement officer with a special assignment as a narcotic detective. Her experience includes drug investigations, police operations and procedures, criminal investigations, interviewing and interrogation, corrections and covert operations. Ms. Freestone continues to teach and update curriculum, coupling her practical experience in law enforcement with her education to advance UA Grantham’s Criminal Justice program. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of California, Irvine, and holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from the State University of New York at Albany.
Matthew SchigurDirector, College of BusinessMatthew Schigur has held a number of academic positions as assistant and associate professor of management and computer sciences, including being a Cisco Academy Instructor, before joining University of Arkansas Grantham. He's served as faculty chair, acting academic affairs specialist, and interim center director. He also has more than 25 years of consulting experience in management, project management, technology, construction and educational services. Mr. Schigur holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Project Management, a Master of Information Systems Management. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification holder, a certified advanced tutor and a certified academic coach. Mr. Schigur is currently working on his Doctorate in Management.

Jessica Parker, Ph.D.Director, FacultyDr. Jessica Parker has worked in higher education for over fifteen years. She holds two Masters degrees (History and Library Science) from Texas Woman's University and a PhD in American History from Texas Christian University. Her involvement with online learning began in 2005 at TWU's Teaching and Learning with Technology Center. She has taught online courses since 2008 and currently teaches online courses as an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. As a Senior Instructional Designer at eVersity, she has worked in both course development and faculty recruitment, training, and evaluation. She is excited to take on the role of Director of Faculty at UA Grantham and help to improve both the faculty and student experience.
Brina HollisDirector, College of Health ProfessionsDr. Brina Hollis is an accomplished online education professional with more than a decade of experience in teaching and leading various healthcare programs. Dr. Hollis has a strong background in accreditation alignment, curriculum development, faculty management, and data collection for program assessment. Brina's education includes a Doctorate in Public Health (PhD) with a concentration in Epidemiology from Walden University, a Master's Degree in Health and Human Services with a concentration in Health Administration from Youngstown State, and a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics from Purdue University Global. Dr. Hollis's experience in academia is complemented by a record of publications in academic journals and presentations at conferences, covering diverse topics related to public health, education, and epidemiology.
