Bio

Teaching at UA Grantham has been deeply meaningful to me. I value the opportunity to work with adult learners who are balancing careers, families, and personal goals while continuing their education. What I appreciate most is the resilience and determination of UA Grantham students. Supporting them as they grow in confidence, leadership capability, and professional direction has been one of the most rewarding parts of my teaching career. Student facing Bio Student-Facing Team Member Bio Position (include any specialty) Adjunct Faculty, Business and Leadership Specialty areas include leadership development, organizational behavior, conflict management, conflict resolution, and professional growth Years at UAG (and in what capacity) 7 years as an adjunct faculty member at UA Grantham, teaching within the Business School A comment about your favorite experience(s) or personal feelings about helping students at UAG I genuinely enjoy helping UA Grantham students connect course concepts to their real lives and careers. Many bring rich professional experience into the classroom, and I see my role as helping them make sense of that experience, strengthen their leadership voice, and move forward with clarity and confidence. It’s especially rewarding to see students realize they are more capable than they initially believed.
