The following information provides an overview of our academic assessment process, as well as disclosure of the most current assessment data. A complete description of the assessment philosophy and processes is provided in the Assessment Handbook.
University of Arkansas Grantham is accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission. As one of its members, Grantham is required to provide the following academic assessment information.

Academic assessment at University of Arkansas Grantham is intended to provide a structure for continuous improvement and is multi-faceted. Faculty are actively engaged in assessment at every level, especially course design and revision.
College-specific Information
- College of Business, Management, and Economics: The College has received specialized accreditation for its business programs through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).
- College of Science, Engineering, and Technology: The Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology is accredited by the Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission of ABET, www.abet.org.
- College of Nursing and Health Professions: College of Nursing programs have achieved accreditation through the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) and the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
- College of Humanities and Social Sciences
Assessment data is collected and analyzed by the faculty of each College for continuous improvement. Results of the assessment processes are available for each College.
Students are asked to complete satisfaction surveys throughout their time at Grantham: end-of-course, graduation and, as alumni, three and/or five years after graduation. The following information was gathered from the end-of-course surveys administered in 2020:
