The College of Science, Engineering, and Technology (CSET) is committed to providing high-quality, accessible, and career-focused education that prepares students to succeed in today's rapidly changing technological world. CSET has a long tradition of providing technical education through distance learning, dating back to the founding of Grantham Radio License School in 1951. Today, our college offers associate, bachelor's, and master's degree programs in engineering technology, computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, and related fields. With close to one thousand students enrolled, our college continues to serve students across the country who seek flexible, career-oriented educational opportunities.

We are particularly proud of our Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) program, which is accredited by the Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission of ABET. This accreditation reflects our commitment to academic quality, technical competence, and continuous improvement. Our Computer Science programs are also important areas of growth for the college, particularly our Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity, which has experienced significant growth in student interest and enrollment. As cybersecurity becomes increasingly important to businesses, government agencies, and other organizations, we are committed to preparing students with the knowledge and practical skills needed in this rapidly evolving field.

As Director of CSET, my vision is to build a college that remains responsive to advances in science, engineering, and technology, as well as the evolving needs of employers. This means continuously reviewing and updating our courses, incorporating current technologies and industry practices, and working with faculty who bring both academic expertise and valuable real-world professional experience into the classroom.

Our ultimate measure of success is the success of our students and graduates. We want students to leave our programs with practical, relevant, and marketable skills that prepare them to contribute immediately in their workplaces and pursue new career opportunities.

We also recognize that many of our students balance their education with employment, family, and other responsibilities. Therefore, we are committed to providing flexible and well-organized course offerings that support steady academic progress and timely degree completion, while maintaining high academic standards.
