On a Mission to Do More for Military Students

For more than 70 years, University of Arkansas Grantham has been on a mission to do more for our students. Our mission guides our programs, supports our students, and creates an environment for success.

The world is changing, and it’s changing fast—meaning you must be ready to keep up! One of the best things you can do to prepare for success is to invest in your education. You may be thinking, how am I supposed to keep up with an education when I already have a busy life? UA Grantham’s degree programs are designed specifically for adult learners because we know our adult students often have plenty on their plates already. Work duties, military service, family responsibilities and other obligations—it’s a lot to juggle. But that shouldn’t stop you from changing your life with a degree.

Our programs and support services are offered in an online format so you can access all your course materials and class assignments—as well as the Learning Center, and Career Services team—when you need them, no matter where you are in the world.

That doesn’t mean, however, that you’ll be paying premium prices. UA Grantham is just as committed to affordability as we are to the quality and accessibility of our programs. That’s why we offer one of the lowest tuition rates in the nation and are providing degree-seekers with a no-cost laptop to make achieving your goal of earning your degree less stressful. We also provide the option to transfer credits for prior qualifying education experiences and a special rate for military and veterans.

A Vision for Service

We believe in making a difference in the world, and it is our honor to serve those who serve. For more than 70 years, we’ve been committed to providing distance education opportunities to active duty and veteran servicemembers—and we look forward to doing so for yet another 70 years!

Our vision statement affirms our dedication to service: University of Arkansas Grantham is committed to being a globally recognized innovator in higher education, serving those who serve and serving those who strive to make a difference in their professional lives and community.

Military servicemembers keep our country safe, putting their own safety on the line to protect their communities. They are the true heroes, and it’s an honor to help them access a quality online education with our unique Heroes Program.

With a special lower tuition rate for both undergraduate and graduate programs, complimentary textbooks and software, and a waiver for technology fees, eligible military students can pursue and earn a University of Arkansas Grantham degree in less time at a lower cost.

As a school founded by a veteran with veterans in mind, we know that continuing education and earning your degree not only benefits your military service but enhances your career opportunities when you return to civilian life.
