I’m an Adjunct Faculty member for the College of Business at the University of Arkansas Grantham. I’m currently a leader in the public sector and enjoy sharing real-life business scenarios and examples within my courses. I have been with UA Grantham since 2009 as an Adjunct Faculty member. I earned my M.B.A. from the University of Colorado and my B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana. I’m also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional. The people are the best part of being a part of the UAG experience! The students, leadership, support staff, colleagues, and fellow faculty members create a community that I'm proud to be a part of. I've been an Adjunct Faculty member at the UAG College of Business for 16 years. Meeting students where they're at on their educational journey and facilitating their success is a privilege and an honor! I most enjoy optimizing the student experience by creating an environment of trust and respect where students can be vulnerable and collaborate with me and their fellow classmates.
