I teach in the College of Business. I specialize in Organizational Behavior and MBA Capstone courses. I have a BBA from Baker University, Baldwin City, Kansas; a Master of Science in Business (Organizational Behavior) and a PhD in Business (Organization Theory) both from the University of Kansas. I have been teaching at UAG since 2014; part of that time I also worked in the administration of the College of Business. I have been teaching at the university level since 1995. I love teaching at UAG. I have many great memories of working with various teams to improve the student experience and the quality of education offered here. When I arrived at this university, I only had experience in on-ground schools. It was a great feeling to learn and understand how on-line education works and the impact we can have.
