Sophia offers students an affordable, flexible, and convenient way to accelerate their degree completion

University of Arkansas Grantham is excited to announce a new partnership with Sophia, offering students an affordable, flexible, and convenient way to accelerate their degree completion. This collaboration provides Sophia learners an affordable way to take general education courses designed to transfer toward a University of Arkansas Grantham degree.

Available 24/7 from nearly any device, Sophia’s courses are designed to fit into the busiest of schedules, enabling students to take general education courses anytime, anywhere. By completing Sophia courses that align with their degree requirements, students can make progress toward their degree on their own terms. We invite learners to explore the course chart on the UA Grantham page on the Sophia website to view courses that seamlessly transfer to University of Arkansas Grantham.

This partnership underscores University of Arkansas Grantham’s commitment to providing innovative and accessible educational solutions to its diverse and growing student body. By leveraging Sophia’s courses, students will have more options to accelerate their education without sacrificing quality or convenience. "We’re thrilled to partner with Sophia," said Lindsay Bridgeman, Chancellor of University of Arkansas Grantham. "This partnership will empower students to take control of their learning and is a testament to our commitment to provide relevant options as they pursue their education journey."

"We are excited that University of Arkansas Grantham has joined as a partner college for Sophia,” said Shawna Thayer, Chief Executive Officer of Sophia. “We remain committed to providing accessible, affordable general education options for our learners, and with this latest addition to our partner network, we hope to serve even more students who are pursuing their education dreams.”
