By pairing me with a student advisor who I was lucky enough to work with through both my undergrad and graduate degrees, UA Grantham primed me for success. My student advisor answered all my questions, assisted me with building the right schedule, kept me on track and encouraged me when I needed it most. Her presence on this journey enabled me to be a better student and achieve the goals I had set for myself.
This Degree Has Impacted My Career
In the months since earning my Master of Science - Information Technology degree, I have earned a promotion and been placed in charge of a large team of systems engineers, network engineers, configuration management professionals and project managers. As part of this new role, I have been challenged to modernize processes within a newly developed division and my studies related to this degree have prepared me explicitly to lead the charge.
